I have been paying long term care for years. I have changed the policy and in all cases including the original sales persona and not until a call on the phone this week was I informed that I was paying a fee for paying quarterly.

I have called the insurance commissioner.

Genworth committed to and promised to call me back -- a supervisor promised to call I have documented everything and no one has called me back.

the service is so bad. I am considering pulling my 90K premium and going to the competition.

The original sales guy was horrible -- and slammed the product but would not take a call from me after to change or add to the policy.

I would have paid an annually if it had ever been disclosed that there was a 123 fee for paying quarterly. No communication, no transparency and no service and promises to call back and no promise kept -- stay clear of these guys

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $31200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

no they never reached out - there was no communication or effort to discuss or resolve in any way. in fact they said they would overnight my policy to me and it took 2 wks to get the paper policy. highly concerned about the transparency in this organization
